Good luck with the online booking. Got a text that my stylist would be ready in 15 minutes. Showed up 10 minutes later and found my time had now changed to 40 minutes. Not the first time. Julia was unapologetic and said that is how it works.

This place is so poorly run by an unprofessional staff that have no clue what customer service is. I used the app to make an appointment with Aluvia, when I arrived the board said I had a 4 minute wait. After she finished her customer the board switched to saying I was on deck. She disappeared in the back for more than 10 minutes until I asked what was going on. When she came out she took someone else in front of me and changed my wait time to 24 minutes with no explanation. After being a loyal customer and a good tipper, they will not see me again. Terrible.
