The stylist/manager Cassandra did not listen to my spouse or my son when she cut his hair today. Both my spouse and son clearly told Cassandra to leave his hair long like usual, but Cassandra ignored them and cut his hair far shorter than any of his previous haircuts. Even though she made an obvious and bad mistake (as my son starts school on Monday), she did not apologize or accept responsibility. It is sad that she is a manager at this location. She seems arrogant and needs improvement in listening to clients.

meghan baker We (my husband and myself) had drove cross county from northwestern Pennsylvania to escape the cold and snow. Never been to Phoenix, but you can imagine after 10 days in the car, countless hotel stays, and just a long haul in general we were excited to see a "salon" that allowed on line check ins. Great, we thought. Ok, again remember we are new to Phoenix area ! We walk in, having never been to a sports cuts, much less heard of it and WOW. Staff was amazing, they greeted us with smiles, asked if we had ever been there before ? No, in fact never. They went above and beyond. As new clients we received the VIP service free, and if there was ever a cure for a stiff neck from driving it was the neck massage we both were treated to. More than that though the staff took the time to welcome us both to Phoenix, gave us amazing cuts, and sold me some incredible products (LOVE LOVE LOVE tea tree line now). As a woman who thought nothing of a 200 dollar salon visit, I'd honestly now prefer Sports Cuts !!! The stylist I had, asked me what brings us to Phoenix, I explained I am battling MS and at just 38 was forced to retire from a medical career I loved. She listened and offered more than just a friendly shoulder. She saw I was loosing my once beautiful red hair due to interferon (chemo meds) she offered tips, products, even told my husband some tips that might help him care for my hair when I'm too weak to wash it. He's a big guy, a mans man, die hard Steeler Fan, sports guy, but something about this visit touched his heart. He said he is now team Sports Cuts for life. Thank you for all you did for us that day. It was more than just a hair cut that day, and it should be that way for everyone. Meghan B
