This place is so poorly run by an unprofessional staff that have no clue what customer service is. I used the app to make an appointment with Aluvia, when I arrived the board said I had a 4 minute wait. After she finished her customer the board switched to saying I was on deck. She disappeared in the back for more than 10 minutes until I asked what was going on. When she came out she took someone else in front of me and changed my wait time to 24 minutes with no explanation. After being a loyal customer and a good tipper, they will not see me again. Terrible.

Toni was patient, kind, and courteous with attention to detail. A truly exceptional experience. I highly recommend seeing this stylist.

The stylist/manager Cassandra did not listen to my spouse or my son when she cut his hair today. Both my spouse and son clearly told Cassandra to leave his hair long like usual, but Cassandra ignored them and cut his hair far shorter than any of his previous haircuts. Even though she made an obvious and bad mistake (as my son starts school on Monday), she did not apologize or accept responsibility. It is sad that she is a manager at this location. She seems arrogant and needs improvement in listening to clients.
